Terms and Conditions – Camps & Private Lessons
By registering for a camp or requesting private lessons within our camps, you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions.
Completion of the booking process is only possible after actively confirming acceptance of the Cancellation Policy and these Terms and Conditions via the mandatory checkbox. By selecting this checkbox, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these terms.
1. Mandatory Registration and Camp Fee
Registration and the binding booking of the official Camp Fee are mandatory prerequisites for participation in the camp and for securing any private lessons.
A contract for participation and private lessons is only concluded once the Camp Fee has been fully booked, confirmed by the organizer, and paid in full.
Without a valid and confirmed Camp Fee booking, no contractual entitlement to participation or to any requested private lessons exists.
2. Private Lesson Allocation and Provisional Reservations
Any requested, discussed, provisionally reserved, allocated, or temporarily blocked lesson slots prior to full Camp Fee confirmation are non-binding and subject to final confirmation by the organizer.
Any provisional allocation remains conditional upon completion and confirmation of the Camp Fee booking.
If the Camp Fee booking is not completed and confirmed, the organizer reserves the right to release and reassign such lesson slots to other participants.
The final allocation of lesson times and trainers remains subject to the organizer’s confirmation and reasonable organizational discretion.
Participants will be informed of relevant schedule changes via the email address provided during registration. The organizer fulfills its notification obligation by sending such communication to the provided email address.
3. Camp Fees
The camp fees are displayed at the time of booking and are calculated based on the number of days booked.
4. Binding Effect and Cancellation
Upon confirmation of the Camp Fee booking, participation in the camp and all booked private lessons become legally binding.
In the event of cancellation prior to the respective camp, the booked couple remains fully liable for the Camp Fee and all private lessons booked.
The cancelling couple is responsible for finding a suitable replacement couple to assume participation and the booked lessons. Any replacement requires approval by the organizer.
If no approved replacement couple is found, the full Camp Fee and all booked private lessons remain payable in full. No refunds or reductions shall be granted.
5. Trainer Changes / Substitution
In cases of circumstances beyond the organizer’s reasonable control (including but not limited to illness, force majeure, travel disruptions, or other unforeseen events), the organizer reserves the right to modify the training schedule.
This includes adjusting lesson times and/or assigning a comparable and equivalent substitute trainer.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or reduction of fees.
6. Organizational Discretion
All scheduling decisions, trainer allocations, and lesson distributions are made in accordance with reasonable organizational discretion and operational requirements.
